Job description
Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking an energetic junior credit controller to join our Finance team!
Key Job Accountabilities:
· Take charge of accounts receivable and work closely with the Customer Service team to manage AR settlement
· Ensure proper AR coding and matching
· Prepare AR analysis and ad-hoc assignments
· Detect and flag any AR anomalies and come up with action plans
· Perform account reconciliations
· Responsible for filing of accounting documents
· Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from commercial and customer service departments and clients
· Work with Credit Controller to evaluate clients' credit limits and approvals
Desires skill sets and experiences
· Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline
· 3 to 5 years' experience in accounts receivables and/or credit controlling
· Proficient in Excel
· Experience in using SAP is a plus
· A keen eye for detail, organized and ability to multi-task
· Great interpersonal skill sets
· Fluent in English and Chinese
