We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our dynamic and fast paced team at Faversham and provide best in class customer solutions.
YOUR ROLE
This role demands a strong knowledge of stock and warehouse systems, a good telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively within strict time constraints in a demanding environment, a considered and proactive approach to providing quality customer services. KN Drinks Logistics is a wholly owned business within the KN group, providing a national platform for the distribution of drinks and associated services to retail outlets across the UK.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage the stock integrity on site and escalate issues when required.
· Liaison with Warehouse Supervisors/Managers as necessary to assist with investigation of stock discrepancies.
· To carry out weekly / monthly date checks of stock and produce reports accordingly.
· Investigate stock discrepancies and investigate and process customer credits and debits
· Stock rotation, stocktaking & stock reconciliation
· Investigate stock discrepancies
· Manage the SAP systems to ensure the maintenance of stock integrity and resolve any issues with SAP (or any other IT related systems).
· Maintain and align stock records for specific customers, producing weekly reports.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· In depth knowledge of warehouse management systems.
· Strong organisational skills and Team Player
· Well-developed communication skills and customer focused
· Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
· Proven basic literacy and numeracy skills at Secondary school level.
· Excellent communication skills
· MS Office - particularly Excel
· Ability to perform under pressure and use initiative
