We are looking for a Customs Administrator to be based at Minworth.
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for general administration of the bonded warehouse.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· General administration of the bonded warehouse
· Processing the Bond Inbound on CIEL & Duty Management system
· Producing customs documentation for bond-to-bond transfer of bonded deliveries
· Processing the Bond Duty Paid orders on Duty Management System
· Creating an export documents and entries on the ICE system(Integrated Customs for Europe) for air
· Organizing booking collection for the sea freight containers
· Creating Certificates of Origin for authentication by the Chamber of Commerce for customer exports
· Applying for the Health Certificates for customer exports
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power-point and good experience of creating and maintaining spread sheets
· Ability to interpret data and raise issues; ability to work individually or as part of a team
· Good Communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to multitask in busy office environment. Organised and methodical, with a meticulous attention to detail;
· Ability to adapt to and learn the Ciel warehouse management system within structured development timeframe;
· Experience of working in a fast paced distribution environment, along with previous exposure to warehouse management systems.
· Compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environment statutory legislation, as well promoting a culture of awareness and compliance of standards set by the Company and the Customer.
