Job description

Support and advises the Business Units of PROM in all employee & HR related matters, especially has the HR lead, under supervision of Kul ZP, in regards to recruitment & talent sourcing, remuneration related matters, training & development of employees, communication & change projects and employee engagement & retention.

Your Role

Strong expertise in regards to the BU activities & performance and the specific talent/employee labour market. Have the coordinative lead, will ensure quality delivery and be part of the coaching framework for the Graduates program, and internships in for the PROM. Works closely together with the HR specialists and the BU HOD's & managers.

Your Responsibilities

·  - Close & regular interaction with HOD's and second level managers to have full awareness of the performance of BU, the issues BU is facing and the requirements in regards to HR support.
- Be visible and approachable for and connect informally with employees of BU's.
- Lead from HR perspective the full implementation process of new customers, project based and in cooperation with HR specialists.
- Focus on pro-active talent sourcing and talent networking.  Participate in selection process of key and critical roles. 
- Monitor the quality of the PPR process, support managers in PPR process, works with ZP-D to implement the required learning & development activities, perform specific trainings and gives guidance to identified talents.
- Organize and ensure quality of talent and development programs in BU's, especially Graduate program
- Works together with Sin ZP-C on C&B projects to ensure market competitive remuneration & benefits.
- Advise and take lead in regards to communication and change projects with impact on employees.
- Monitor, identify issues and propose appropriate actions in regards to employee engagement & retention/attrition; including support managers in individual cases of concern or conflict.
- Lead disciplinary procedures.
- Actions all administration in relation to subsidies or other legal requirements.  Monitors and advises on the quality delivery of HR administration.
- Leads the cooperation with Educational Institutions overall BU's and interact with Governmental organization to have expertise in regards to talent and subsidized programs.
