Job description :
Based in Sweden, you will be working on the local Business Unit and you will be the relay and privileged interlocutor of the Group Finance Department based in Paris, working closely with all local functions including financial.
Your Main Missions:
- The preparation of the budget of the BU, under the supervision of the CFO, and its updating and follow-up.
- The support to the Asset Management teams and operational team within the Business Plans of the shopping centers and in particular the support to the preparation of the budgets.
- The support of financial reporting at the head office, and transmission of management data to Group Management.
- The active participation in quarterly closing work: calculation of management indicators and consolidation at country level.
- The monitoring of acquisitions and disposals of local assets and budget performance
- The evolution and optimization of the processes and tools of the control of the operational activity.
Profil:
Training and Experience
Higher education level BAC +4/5, you have a first successful experience of management control or financial audit.
Knowledge and technical skills
- Fluent English
- Excellent knowledge and practice of Excel
- Knowledge in accounting and consolidation
