Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations for German entities within our organization. This leadership role involves managing HR projects, acting as a key HR reference, and handling various HR development activities, including recruitment, training, skills development, mobility, and professional interview follow-ups.
Responsibilities will include:
HR Strategy and Management:
Manage HR inquiries and act as the key contact for all local HR matters across multiple sites.
Develop & implement internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and consistency in messaging.
Foster a collaborative work environment and actively promote the company culture.
Support the leadership team by aligning local HR practices with the company’s overall vision.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Project Management:
Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the point of contact for project-related HR queries and issues, facilitating effective communication across teams
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from need analysis with managers to integration and support of new hires.
Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill roles (sales, quality specialist, IT) and promote the employer brand.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Oversee the implementation of training and development initiatives.
Performance Management:
Oversee and support managers in conducting professional interviews and performance reviews.
Provide guidance and support for career development and mobility opportunities within the organization.
Communication and Confidentiality:
Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization and with the works council.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Build strong relationships, facilitate processes, and be a proactive problem-solver.
Profil recherché
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a corporate group environment.
Expertise in project management and serving as an HR reference.
Strong skills in HR development activities (recruitment, training, skills development, mobility, professional interview follow-ups).
Excellent communication skills, high sense of confidentiality, facilitation skills, and agility.
Proficiency in professional English and German
Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment process, from need analysis to new hire integration and support.
Expertise in recruiting for scarce profiles (Quality specialist, sales, IT) and promoting the employer brand.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to propose innovative solutions.
Natural charisma to support the company’s strategic directions.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.:
Experience in a multinational corporation or a large industrial company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors
