Dentist regional manager

We are recruiting for a swiss dental clinic a Regional Practice Manager Dentist.

The role is based in Switzerland

Missions :

Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of 10 to 15 dental clinics in the region.

Managing the local clinic management (CDC - Head of Clinic) and supporting the supervision of the Practice Manager (ADR - Assistant Dental Manager) and other practitioners.

Plan future staffing and requirements with ADRs in consultation with CDC.

Ensure that clinics meet Adent's high quality standards, in order to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Plan training, both in person and in collaboration with the Shared Services Centre.

Plan and control the budget and monitor the financial performance of the clinics.

Recruit new dentists and other assistants in collaboration with the clinics.

Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to promote the growth of the clinics' activities.

Knowledge of managing dental work and services in civil liability and cult situations.

Ambassador of the Adent brand, both internally and externally.
Contacting federal and cantonal authorities for requests concerning the Group (FOPH, Swissmedic, cantonal dentists, cantonal health departments).

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.

To monitor the day-to-day activities and operations of the clinics.

Your profile :
Completed dental training
Additional training in business management and/or completed studies in business management, health management or a related field
Training as a professional trainer for dental assistants (an advantage)
Experience in the dental sector or a similar health sector would be an advantage
At least 5 years' experience in managing a dental practice and/or managing several sites in the field of health services (e.g. dental, optical, hearing aid)
Knowledge of MEBEKO registration of foreign certificates of competence and cantonal legislation on authorisation to practise the profession
Knowledge of the federal and cantonal requirements for service providers who bill the compulsory health insurance scheme (AOS) (health insurance, SUVA, AI).
In-depth knowledge of dental tariffs Dentotar, T94, LAA, AI, MG, SUVA, health insurance, social services.
Languages: German, English, French is an advantage.

Profil recherché

Completed dental training
