To cope with the strategic growth in our business, we are now inviting high calibre to join the team as: Contract Marketing (Assistant) Manager Your opportunity Reporting to the Head of Retail, APAC based in Hong Kong, and responsible for the APAC regional scope which includes Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore.

How you will contribute

1. Trunk Show Coordination:

  - Plan, organize, and execute trunk shows, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.

  - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure venues, manage inventory, and oversee setup and teardown.

  - Coordinate promotional activities, including pre-event marketing, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.

  - Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective execution.

2. ATL and BTL Planning and Execution:

  - Assist in the development and implementation of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and campaigns.

  - Collaborate with the agency to create engaging content, including advertisements, digital campaigns, and social media content.

  - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.

3. In-store Workshop Coordination:

  - Plan and coordinate in-store workshops and events to drive customer engagement and sales.

  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product teams and sales associates, to develop workshop topics and content.

  - Manage scheduling, logistics, and promotion of workshops.

  - Ensure workshop materials, equipment, and resources are available and properly set up.

4. Marketing Collateral Management:

  - Assist in the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.

  - Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring an adequate supply for various marketing activities.

  - Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

5. Campaign Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  - Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, including trunk shows, ATL/BTL activities, and workshops.

  - Analyze campaign data, such as engagement metrics, sales impact, and ROI, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  - Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

  - Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas and insights to support overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Who you are

6-month contract from May

Degree holder or above

· 
3-5 years of experience, possibly exposure to retail industry

· 
A good team player with good interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude

· 
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently

· 
Independent and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure

· 
Excellent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

· 
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
