Job Description

Your opportunity

This position is responsible for full transaction cycle of payroll processing in Kering Group Hong Kong and Macau.  Ensure compliance with all applicable Employment Ordinance, Inland Revenue Ordinance and MPF schemes Ordinance.

How you will contribute

·  Assist in monthly payroll administration
·  Assist in Compensation and Benefits operations
·  To coordinate with various departments on payroll related documents, such as Sales commission, push money, overtime records, travel allowance, etc.
·  Assist in preparing various HR reports
·  Provide administrative support to the team
·  Support HRIS system’s daily administration  

Who you are

·  Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
·  1 year of experience in payroll administration with knowledge of accounting
·  Retail industry background is a plus
·  Basic knowledge in Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF/SFF scheme Ordinance
·  Detail-oriented, flexible, fast-paced and adaptive
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
·  Good PC skills such as MS Office
·  IPL and Workday experience will be a plus
·  Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
