Job Description

Nous recherchons actuellement un/e apprenti(e) en Talent Acquisition qui rejoindra notre équipe basée à Paris.

Votre opportunité

Vous ferez partie intégrante du centre d'expertise Talent Acquisition de Kering. Vous vous concentrerez sur la recherche de talents et vous participerez au processus de recrutement pour organiser et mettre en œuvre un plan de recrutement efficace, inclusif, compétitif et rentable.

Comment allez-vous contribuer?

· 
Participer au processus de recrutement : créer et publier des demandes d'emploi, rechercher et sourcer des candidats, effectuer des présélections téléphoniques, etc.

· 
Utiliser le système de suivi des candidatures pour gérer les processus de recrutement internes/externes

· 
Produire des rapports sur les KPI de recrutement, les activités de dotation et le flux de candidatures

· 
Assister et participer à des entretiens de recrutement menés par l’équipe.

Qui êtes-vous ?

· 
Spécialisé/e en Ressources Humaines en Licence, Master 1 ou Master 2

· 
Une expérience en recrutement serait un plus

· 
Fort intérêt pour l'industrie du luxe

· 
Bonne communication et compétences interpersonnelles

· 
Un sens prononcé du service

· 
Travail d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation

· 
Bien organisé/e et flexible à la fois

· 
Capable de gérer votre temps efficacement et de prioriser

· 
Sensible à la diversité et à l'inclusion

· 
Proactif et avec une approche positive

· 
Maîtrise de MS Office

· 
Parle couramment le français et l'anglais ; la connaissance de l'italien est un plus

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice who will join our team based in Paris.

Your opportunity

You will be an integral part of the Kering Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise. You will focus on sourcing talents and you will be participating in the recruiting process and systems to organize and implement an efficient, inclusive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment plan. 

How you will contribute

· 
Take part of the recruiting process :  create and post job requisitions, research and source candidates, carry out phone screening, etc.)

· 
Manage and use the applicant tracking system to manage internal/external recruitment processes

· 
Produce reports on recruiting KPIs, staffing activities and application flow

· 
Attend and participate in recruitment interviews led by the team

Who you are

· 
A student specialized in Human Resources in License, Master 1/Master 2

· 
An experience in recruiting will be a plus

· 
Strong interest in the luxury industry

· 
Good communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Strong sense of service

· 
Teamwork and ability to adapt

· 
Well organized and flexible at the same time

· 
Able to manage your time efficiently and prioritize

· 
Sensible to Diversity and Inclusion themes

Proactive and with a positive approach

Proficient in MS Office

Fluent in French and English; Italian knowledge as a plus
