Maintenance Project Manager (Freelance)

Job description:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, within the Architecture and Store Experience Department, the Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for managing technical maintenance activities of Boucheron stores EMEA, projects coordination and renovation works.

Responsibilities:

·  Organize and follow preventive and corrective maintenance and coordinate external service providers to ensure the completion of work and the best level of service.
·  Manage and control technical maintenance, refurbishment works and refreshment projects, monitoring the budget, timetable, and impact on the business.
·  Collaborate with Boucheron internal teams like design, planning, finance, regional teams, and act as a point of contact between external companies and retail team.

Job assignments:

MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

·  Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to draw up and execute the annual maintenance plan to guarantee preventive and corrective maintenance and support the proper review of agreements and technical specifications.
·  Monitoring and selections of suppliers like technical companies, millworkers, General Contractors, and external consultants.
·  Communicating directly with service providers and work companies to assign tasks, coordinate works and monitor the results of operations.
·  Ticket management through maintenance tool.
·  Manage budget estimation and cost control for Opex and Capex expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

·  Responsible for continuous improvement, minor works, and restyling interventions in the stores.
·  Coordinating external suppliers and keeping the projects on track, monitoring the work to ensure the quality of the result and to meet the deadlines required by the company and the budget.
·  Collaborate with Design team to align requirements, to ensure high quality of projects aligned with Boucheron standards.
·  Participate in the implementation and monitoring of sustainability and environmental impact reduction projects, in collaboration with the Kering Group and the Sustainability team.

MAINTENANCE STRATEGY

·  Assist in the set-up and follow-up of internal processes and projects implementation ww, like maintenance software, technical specifications, and maintenance guidelines, in compliance with local needs and towards a common maintenance strategy ww.
·  Leading the Maintenance Culture.

Profile:

Technical skills / abilities:

·  Required experience: 3+ years, ideally in Maintenance or Project Management inside luxury retail.
·  Education: Architecture/Engineering master’s degree
·  Good technical skills and project management.
·  Computer skills: Excel, Power point, Office package, AutoCAD, Photoshop.

Soft skills / abilities:

·  Communication skills
·  Problem solving and working by priorities.
·  Time and risk management.
·  Maximum attention to detail, image, and customer oriented.
·  Proactive and highly organized.
·  Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Languages:

French and English written and spoken.
