We are currently seeking a Retail Training Assistant who will report to the Italy Training Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan Offices.

How you will contribute

·  Supporting all the communications related to training activities for Italian stores
·  Planning the agenda and organizing the set up of all trainings.
·  Monitor and follow up the engagement rate on digital trainings delivered in stores
·  Supporting monthly preparation of training tools

Who you are

·  Business school/ University degree (Communication Science/ Education Science / HR)
·  Fluent in English
·  Excellent communication and relational skills
