As the Manufacturing Technician, you will:

·  Coordinate the work of the assigned functional area and provides direction to operators to comply with the production plan.
·  Execute activities of coordination, is a SME execute/dominates in one (1) functional area.
·  Assemble and dissemble the equipment, components and/or packaging products and accommodates in pallets in position through the process.
·  Operates, make adjustments and perform the mechanics of the packaging equipment assigned (light mechanic), as well perform the preventive maintenance, eliminates jams in the line and track records of the equipment and system operations.
·  Execute the packaging activities following the work instructions, documents mentioned activities in the packaging batch record using the corresponding systems.
·  Can coordinate and execute the cleaning of the equipment's during the changeovers or during the process. Performs the sanitizations of the line.
·  Perform and documents the final inventory of the material used and the rejected material using the corresponding system of ePES and SAP.
·  Keep communication with the supervisor in case of any situation with the work group or any deviation from a process.

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  A minimum of an Associate Degree or Technical Degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Instrumentation or other related field is required.
·  At least two (2) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other related field is required.
·  Experience in the manufacturing department is required.
·  Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices, Documentation Rules, Occupational and Environmental Security is required.
·  Basic skills in mechanic is preferred.
·  Troubleshooting knowledge is required.
·  Basic computer knowledge is required. Knowledge in SAP, ePES, DocSpace is preferred.
·  Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.
·  Availability to work second 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm)
·  This position requires up to ten percent (10%) of travel. Ability to work extra hours and to respond to emergency calls that may require returning to the company after regular working hours of the business is required.
