Junior Category Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main responsibilities:

·  Responsibility for all activities & projects for the one of the Johnsons brand (shopper research, catman and trade marketing projects)
·  Creating, monitoring & implementing integrated promotional plans for all sales channels
·  Definition of merchandising standards and distribution objectives for sales
·  Category management project in cooperation with key customers
·  Regular cooperation with regional shopper teams
·  Promo activity evaluation
·  Market analysis ( shopper insights, channel development, Nielsen analysis)
·  Trade marketing budget management

Desired profile

Qualifications

Required experience:

·  Minimum 3 years of experience on specialist/ junior position (eg. Category Management, Trade Marketing , Key Account Management, Marketing);
·  Multiple channel / categories perspective – shopper insights, shopper initiatives, promo guidelines, category management;
·  Very good analytical skills & independent thinking is a must,
·  Basic knowledge of finance ( including P&L)
·  Good presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure with complex tasks
·  Very good command of Business English (fluent in speaking, reading & writing), working knowledge
·  Very good command of MS. Office ( Ms Excel)
·  Positive attitude and thinking
