CE Perfect Store Analyst (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

STAGE 1 (0-6 months):

1. Perfect Store – Initiative tracking (DE, CH, NL) :

·  Track success & analyze progress of identified PS initiatives
·  Automatize reporting system
·  Regular financial reporting, NTS and cost ramp up & ROI calculations;
·  Enable effective information flow within cross-functions related to analytics
·  Support the preparation for PS jour-fixe meetings, CE PS SteerCo & Global PS SteerCo Forums (meeting organization, deck preparation, analytics)
·  Support CE PS Leader in insight generation related to Perfect Store
2. Perfect Store “Eye on the Market” – Customized tracking research (Mass&Pharma Channels):
·  Support the setting up of a new PS tracking research in selected CE markets (2018: DE, 2019: TBD)
·  Preparation phase: organize project kick-off(s) and auditor trainings, master data management;
·  Act as Trax Champion / Knowledge Center in CE
·  Data validation in project ramp up period, assessment of pilot visits
·  Manage data input & input automatization to Global Perfect Store Dashboard (primarily Trax audit data and Nielsen data), ensure highest level of data input quality
·  Insight generation based on multiple data sources (Trax, Global Dashboard, Nielsen, Insight Health, internal Tableau dashboards, Business Panorama, BI, RGM tools & other internal J&J data)

STAGE 2 (6 months +):

3. Perfect Store CE Roll-out:

·  Support the development of PS CE rollout approach & methodology for all other cluster markets
·  Master roll-out methodology and act as “PS ambassador” towards CE countries: support workshop organization, prepare PS analysis, coach teams on PS methodology, help interpretation of results, track progress)
·  Enable effective communication flow

Desired profile

Qualifications

Qualifications/competencies:
·  Master or bachelor’s degree required
·  Very strong analytical and Excel & database management skills are critical
·  Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights; attention to details
·  Commercial acumen
·  At least 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical position
·  Proven business experience, preferable from Finance / Controlling / Commercial analytics or another function e.g. in Customer Development/ Sales /Shopper Marketing
·  Experience with SAP / Business Warehouse / Nielsen, IMS or other tracking studies – significant advantage
·  FMCG experience would be an advantage
·  Strong communication skills
·  Experience in working in projects, deliver on milestones and work with different functions in an international environment
·  Fluent in English is a must, German would be a plus
·  The position will involve travelling as of Stage 2 (as of Q1 2019) during PS CE Roll-out into different cluster markets (coaching cluster markets on PS methodology and interpretation of results)
