For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for an ASSISTANT SCIENTIST to be hired with a TEMPORARY CONTRACT in the TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT.

The person will be part of the team who manage Cleaning Validation Projects and will report to the Technical Operations Sr Lead.

Main responsibility
The Assistant Scientist is in charge of:
·  Managing the communication with the main supplier and drive cleaning validation projects at Latina
·  Supporting analysis of the new potential CIP/improvement projects for Technical Operations projects
·  Supporting validation specialists in executing cleaning validations according to validation plan
·  Executing and coordinating cleaning validations
·  Providing input to the development of cleaning validation protocols, reports and other related documents
·  Coordinating with the manufacturing areas, laboratories and other groups to perform cleaning validation tests.

Qualifications

Requirements:

·  Master Degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Engineering
·  At least 12 months of experience in pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing department is a plus)
·  Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal with urgencies on the shop floor
·  Strong skills of ownership and accountability
·  Skilled in problem-solving and decision making
·  Fluent in English
·  Capacity to lead calls with costumers
·  Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.

We offer a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
