Das mit 277 Zimmern ausgestattete Hotel Andaz entsteht im Kulturbezirk Schwabinger Tor im Herzen Münchens. Zwischen Leopold- und Berliner Straße gelegen, wird das Andaz München Schwabinger Tor Gäste inmitten eines modernen Stadtquartiers begrüßen. Neben den Restaurants und der Rooftop-Bar, sowie einem super modern ausgestatteten Fitness Center bietet unser Hotel einen sehr exklusiven, stadtweit einzigartigen Wellnessbereich mit Poolanlage. Dieser Bereich wird für Hotelgäste wie auch Members und Day-SPA-Gäste auf 2000m² geöffnet sein. Unser Meeting- & Eventsbereich beinhaltet sieben individuelle Studios, eine große Ausstellungsfläche, sowie einen Ballsaal für innovative Meetings und Produkteinführungen.

Revenue Manager (m/w)

As a Revenue Manager you are responsible for the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace. In this position you are responsible for analysing and presenting financial data that will help the Sales team to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.

Qualifications :

Requirements:
·  Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
·  3-5 years property experience
·  Pricing and inventory optimization expert
·  Work permit valid for Germany
·  Strong communication skill written and verbal in English, German would be an advantage
