JJ Mahoney’s – Mixologist (대리급)

Job description

· You will be responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
· You will also set-up, manage and supervise beverage programs throughout F&B Division and create beverage recipes and beverage operation manuals.
· 식음료 업장의 업장 지배인과 함께 호텔 기준에 맞춰 성공적으로 경영됨과 수익성을 높이는데 역할을 다합니다.
· 식음료부 전체의 음료 프로그램 셋업, 관리 및 감독하며, 음료 레시피와 운영 매뉴얼을 설계합니다.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  The position requires minimum 3 years' experience as bartender in a bar or club and a mixology certificate.
·  Communication skills in spoken and written in English and Korean are preferred.
·  바 또는 클럽 바텐터 경력 3년 이상, 믹솔로지 자격증 소지
·  영어 가능자 우대
