Our Hotel offers amazing facilities and dining experiences including Collins Kitchen Restaurant, RUCO Bar and our Grand Club Executive Lounge located on the 31st floor of our hotel.

With one of Melbourne's largest event spaces, Grand Hyatt Melbourne offers a variety of meeting facilities catering to all types of events, from a private meeting for 10 people to a cocktail-style reception for up to 1,500 guests.

Qualifications :

We will be conducting interviews throughout the Career Open Day for multiple positions including, but not limited to;

- Rooms Division (e.g. Front Desk, Guest Relations & Guest Services)
- Food & Beverage Division (e.g. Collins Kitchen Restaurant, Event Service & RUCO Bar)
- Culinary Division

In addition to the above areas, we will be using this day to discover talent and build a platform for future career opportunities. So even if you aren't interested in any of the roles now, your attendance at the Career Open Day could help you jump the line for future career opportunities with Grand Hyatt Melbourne.

On the day please bring with you a hard copy of your resume, a copy of your working rights (citizenship, passport, visa), two work-related references and any required qualifications (e.g. RSA or Chef Qualifications).
