· 确保高效的部门运作流程。
Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
· 确保所有的培训记录得以在人力资源系统中维护、存档并更新。
Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.
· 确保所有的培训文件能够按照严格的准确性和保密性进行发送。
Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
· 维护并更新各种手册和指南,需要时在电脑中进行分类存档。
Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.
· 根据进修发展部经理或副经理所指派的任务,与当地的劳资机构紧密协调合作。
Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning Manager / Assistant Learning Manager.
· 协助确保所有的员工设施得以按照相应的标准加以维护,例如培训教室和图书馆。
Assists in ensuring all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms and Library.
· 协助完成对于各部门运行手册、工序表、工序分析进行编辑和校正。
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operations Manuals, Associate Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
· 协助准备年度培训计划,确保培训目标得以传达酒店的目标并能满足员工的培训需要。
Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.
· 协助进修发展部经理或副经理填写并确认所有培训课程的相关出席情况。
Assists the Learning Manager / Assistant Learning Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
· 编辑酒店相关的政策及程序。
Complies with hotel's Policies & Procedures.
