Assistant to Head of Global Retail Frontline, Training & Development - part-time (m/f)

Key responsibilities:

Creation of presentations and correspondence:

·  Take charge of routine correspondence to ensure timely and accurate response and take minutes in meetings
·  Typing, compiling, preparing reports, creating and revising presentations and correspondence

Organization and administration:

·  Managing diary and organize and prioritize e-mail account of Head of
·  Schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, phone and video conferences
·  Matching of incoming invoices
·  Booking and arranging all travel arrangements for the Head of (flights, hotels, visa, rental car, airport pick-up, etc.) and complete travel expense reports
·  Maintain and update department files, records and publications
·  Organization of team workshops (preparation of necessary workshop equipment/documents & follow-up)

Desired profile

Required qualifications:

·  Experienced in the job of a PA in a simmilar position since more than 3 years
·  Strong communication and high levels of emotional intelligence
·  High level of service orientation in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and customers
·  Great organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills
·  Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
·  Excellent follow-up, organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Self-confident and positive demeanor, engaging personality in an international environment
·  Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
