We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Channel Assistant Manager, Banking Propositions

Principal responsibilities
· Working closely with the Digital Banking Propositions Manager to identify and develop business opportunities to meet key performance metrics.
· Effectively coordinate and collaborate with HSBC teams across functions to ensure end to end delivery of digital sales and servicing activities
· Optimize customer facing website assets, digital messaging and online journeys to enhance proposition value, increase engagement and conversion.
· Identify insights from digital analytics that can inform new strategies to meet business KPIs.
· Accountable for sales performance and understanding underlying trends influencing customer behavior.
· Support research needed on market trends, competitor landscape, regulatory changes to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities.
· Responsible for maintaining a best in class customer experience for banking proposition customers online.
