We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, BIRO - GRP INS COOOPS -HSIC1

Principal responsibilities         

·  Support HSIC on information security and cyber risk activities including risk assessments, control testing and monitoring, issues and incidents management.
·  Support to implement and enforce robust risk governance ensuring stakeholders to have visibility of key risks and remediation activity related to information security and cyber risk.
·  Raise the information security and cyber risk awareness among HSIC staff.
·  Support to conduct reviews on information handling and facilitate internal control remediation.
·  Assist to manage incident escalation process and management, and work with incident owner to implement remedial actions on a timely basis.
·  Support to implement and maintain operational risk management in the first line of defense.

Requirements

·  University degree in IT, Technology, Risk Management, or related discipline.
·  Experience with risk and control in information security and cyber security
·  Sound knowledge of insurance business, digital distribution and regulations, operational risk management, or other risk management related areas.
·  Strong business sense, self-motivated with good communication, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills.
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables.
·  Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely in the language of the business.
·  Stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
