You will be a part of the R&D team of a growing global product in Business Continuity domain. This team owns complete R&D responsibilities including delivering on the roadmap, innovations to help define the product future, and sustenance. Being a part of an exciting journey of this software product, you will be responsible for defining new features and functionalities and delivering on those, building comprehensive business understanding, develop Proof of Concepts for new ideas, evangelize the product capabilities to field teams. You will also be responsible to ensure that the customers using the product are supported with agility and urgency. Being a part of an agile team, you will be responsible to ensure that all artefacts needed to deliver high quality product are delivered in a timely manner. You will be expected to exhibit strong team work, technology depth and high degree of accountability”.

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Primary Skills:

·  Hands on experience with Virtualization or Container or Cloud technologies
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Hands on experience in any of the programming languages: C, C++, Python, Java

Desirable Skills:

·  Hands on experience with Linux or any Unix environments
·  Good experience in Shell scripting, Ansible etc.
·  Good understanding of agile methodology
·  Good understanding of a database (especially SAP HANA, Oracle) will be a big plus
·  Strong understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA & DR) domain, hands on experience working on HA / DR product or solution
