The successful candidate will contribute to the design and re-engineering of how the business creates value for customers in the digital age, how to drive operational agility and leverage new technologies to enable new operating models. This will require understanding how customers choose, procure, pay and consume IT. From end user devices, enterprise IT infrastructure systems to “as a service” solutions. This role would fit candidates with passion for innovation, who can deliver day one but also provides a great opportunity to learn and grow.

As a junior product manager you will work on the definition and execution of the company’s innovation vision and strategy. You will be called to contribute to the design of the digital roadmap as well as lead the creation of new and leading edge solutions in areas such usage-based billing models, IT asset management and ecommerce. The ultimate measure for this job is how we harness Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, IOT, ecommerce platforms and emerging technologies like Blockchain, to deliver business outcomes and differentiation in the market.

In summary, this is a go market role that can also be described as a “design thinker”; it requires research, analytical skills combined with technical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

·  Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
·  Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
·  Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.

Education, skills and experience:

·  Bachelor degree in Business, Fintech, Technology Management or equivalent; MBA or Master's degree preferred
·  3+ years’ work experience in technology and or finance
·  Experience in the Financial Services or Fintech industry
·  Experience with Financing, IT asset management or ecommerce would be a plus
·  Team player including working with remote teams and cross time zones.
·  Creative mind, fast learner and highly adaptable
