BPO Masterdata is responsible to define and manage Masterdata processes. The current strategy is to improve Master Data Quality and support Business Time to Market requirements by improving Master data maintenance processes. Those strategical targets should be supported by global system and process standardization, as MADAME and PRIME rollout. Regional BPO MD Europe is responsible to rollout global initiatives and to develop processes in coordination with other Regional BPO groups.

What we offer

· Support and improve Material Request processes and concepts for finished goods, semifinished goods, raw materials, packaging and other types
· Work on Master Data projects as e.g. End-To-End processes, Key Performance Indicator monitoring, new application surfaces as e.g. MADAME, customer material master, product lifecycle management for International Formulation Recipe System (IRIS), Master data quality improvements and cleansing
· First contact partner of master data key user community in Europe for technical and process questions and requirements
· Intensive and regular contact and exchange with Shared Service Center team, IT colleagues
· Business contact persons in all strategical business units of Adhesive Technologies, Business Process Owner of other regions and other processes (e.g. Order to cash, Intercompany, Production)

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  IT or technical Education (e.g. Master of Information Technology, Master Chemistry or similar)
·  Deep knowledge in SAP and Adhesives Technologies processes
·  More then 3 years of Experience in Master Data topics
·  Very good English knowledge, German knowledge
·  Structured and detail-oriented working attitude
·  Very good communication skills
·  Preference for computer work
