The packaging development area is part of the R&D process of Henkel Beauty Care, we oversee the development of the different packaging materials for our brands in the coloration, hair care and personal care categories. We develop components using cardboard, plastics and films according to the needs of each product, we are part of the validation process of each component alongside the production team.

What we offer

· To be part of the process of development and validation of the packaging components for the personal care category.
· To be part of the team in charge of receiving the information regarding new products from marketing and then be in touch with the suppliers, the production team, purchasing team and qualify assurance in the development and validation stages.
· To use the knowledge gain during their studies in real scenarios in day to day basis.

What we are looking for

·  Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Process, etc) or Industrial Designer.
·  Proactive, service oriented, responsible, basic knowledge in materials and product development
