The Business Intelligence (BI) Consulting team is part of Henkel Integrated Business Solutions and is responsible for designing and implementing global standard BI solutions with more than 7.500 users, 250TB of data and 42 global applications. We are looking for a motivated student to support our team in implementation and execution of the BI strategy with focus on the area of BI Data Management.

· Support the definition and documentation of the Henkel BI Data Model
· Enterprise the wide business logic for all BI applications
· Support the data processing concept: data extraction, integration and storage as well as data modelling and the data quality concept in the Enterprise Data Warehouse
· Work in a global, multinational BI consulting team and in a dynamic and challenging environment
· Opportunity to present results to IBS Management and Business stakeholders
· Internship duration of 6 months

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Student of computer sciences or similar technical education with focus on Data Management
·  Knowledge of the concepts of Data Warehousing
·  Experience and passion for relational databases (MS SQL, Teradata, Oracle, DB2)
·  Programming skills in SQL, MDX, C#/Java/VB or VBA
·  Knowledge of BI tools e.g. Analysis Server, Cognos, Oracle BI, SAP BW is beneficial
·  Team spirit and communication skills
·  Excellent language skills in English, German language is beneficial
