This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz.  It is both a strategic and a tactical position.  Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.  

•    Autonomous creation and execution of overall and/or customer individual brand and product communication to support brand building and introduce new products 
•    Activate centrally developed communication campaigns
•    Set up ROI models and report effects of different activation mechanisms 
•    Be a brand ambassador creating and coordinating winning PR concepts
•    Tracking of competition/consumer/legal trends linked to brand communication, generate benchmarks, get inspired and use new insights to deliver better communication plans and executions
•    Own the KraftHeinz homepage and media database including content management 
•    Create and introduce a winning Foodservice merchandise portfolio strategy
•    Manage European KraftHeinz network and local agencies (e.g. Media, Online) 
•    Full responsibility for all dedicated brands and tasks

Desired profile

Job requirements

•    University degree in marketing or comparable course of education
•    Marketing communication know-how and preferably 2 years of working experience in activating multinational brands at local markets
•    Excellent communication skills
•    High level of responsibility & self-government
•    Creativity combined with analytical skills to transfer market findings into activity plans
•    Solution-oriented, creative, hands-on mentality
•    Working experience in international and cross-functional teams
•    Ability to cope with high diversity of tasks and workloads
•    Fluent German & English
•    Good software skills (MS Office, preferably SAP)
