Classée parmi les principaux gestionnaires d'actifs au monde avec plus de 1 000 milliards d’euros d'actifs sous gestion 1 , Natixis Investment Managers (Natixis IM) propose une gamme de solutions diversifiées couvrant différents types de classes d'actifs, de styles de gestion et de véhicules, y compris des stratégies et des produits innovants répondant aux critères environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG) dédiés au développement de la finance durable.

Les équipes de Natixis IM travaillent en partenariat avec leurs clients - investisseurs institutionnels, fonds d’investissement, entreprises et particuliers - afin de comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et de leur fournir des informations et des solutions d'investissement adaptées à leurs objectifs à long terme.

Grâce à l’approche multi-boutique de Natixis IM, les clients peuvent ainsi bénéficier de la réflexion et de l’expertise d’une vingtaine de sociétés de gestion active.

Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 3 activités :

·       Les activités de distribution en France de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;

·       Le pôle de gestion « Solutions » qui a vocation à proposer des offres innovantes et à forte valeur ajoutée, construites principalement à partir des expertises de gestion des différents affiliés de Natixis IM ;

·       Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.

Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

Poste et missions

As a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)  & ESG V.I.E , you will play a pivotal role in aligning our organization's strategies with socially responsible initiatives. You will spearhead efforts to integrate sustainability, ethical practices, and community engagement into our business operations. This role requires a passionate individual committed to making a positive impact on society while driving organizational success.

Responsibilities :

·  Strategy Development : Collaborate with the team to help develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and objectives;
·  Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal and external stakeholders including employees, clients, affiliates, NGOs, and local communities to understand their perspectives and incorporate feedback into CSR initiatives;
·  Sustainability Initiatives : Participate in initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of the organization through energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable sourcing, and other environmentally friendly practices. Additionally, help with the gathering and analysis of carbon footprint data to identify opportunities for emissions reduction and mitigation strategies;
·  Ethical Standards : Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry best practices in all aspects of business operations, including supply chain management, labor practices, and corporate governance;
·  Community Development : Help develop and maintain partnerships with local communities to support social development projects, such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure improvement;
·  Reporting and Transparency : Prepare regular reports on CSR activities and performance metrics to track progress and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders;
·  Employee Engagement : Help foster a culture of social responsibility among employees through awareness campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and corporate giving programs;
·  Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with CSR initiatives, such as reputational risks, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder concerns;
·  Global Citizenship : Stay informed about global trends and developments in CSR, sustainability, and corporate citizenship to continuously enhance the organization's practices.

 

 

Profil et compétences requises

Master's degree in business, sustainability, environmental studies, or social sciences.
Experience in corporate social responsibility or sustainability, ideally in corporate settings.
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of CSR principles and industry standards (e.g., GRI, UN Global Compact, SDGs).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and decision-making.
Passion for social and environmental issues and commitment to positive corporate change.
