Job Description Summary

Au sein de notre entité Power Conversion basée sur notre site de Villebon et spécialisée dans le domaine de la conversion d’énergie, nous recherchons actuellement, dans le cadre de nos activités de marketing & Communication interne et externe, un(e) stagiaire marketing & communication pour une durée de 2 ans en alternance.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

Le role consiste principalement - sans s'en limiter - a:

·  Participer et/ou mener la création de supports marketing (flyers, présentations, brochures, vidéos, podcasts, etc.)
·  Manager la logistique et faciliter dans certains case des formations régulières pour toutes nos équipes dans le monde
·  Partager les supports de formation via différents canaux et/ou plateformes internes, mesurer l’intérêt des participants (# clicks, Customer survey/NPS)
·  Assister à l'administration des sites web externes et internes
·  Le cas échéant, participer a l’élaboration de suivi de contacts clients digitaux et/ou de campagnes digitales

Les candidats idéaux sont ceux qui rejoignent un programme d'alternance à l'école d'une durée de 2 ans .

Profile:

·  Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme en lien avec le web design, marketing ou expérience/connaissance équivalente
·  Vous avez déjà plusieurs expériences professionnelles dans le management de projet et le travail en collaboration avec des equipes transversales
·  La pratique de l’anglais professionnelle est un pre-requis.
·  Vous avez une solide base en communication, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
·  Vous maitrisez le pack office en particulier Power Point et vous avez des connaissances sur la création et le design de vidéo
·  Vous êtes intéressé par l’apprentissage digital et avez à cœur de transmettre vos connaissances
·  Une formation d’ingénieur et/ou profile technique est un plus.

Essential responsibilities:

·  Participate and/or lead the creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, brochures, brochures, videos, videos, podcasts, etc.)
·  Manage logistics and in some cases facilitate regular training for all our teams around the world
·  Share training materials via various internal channels and/or platforms, measure the interest of participants (# clicks, Customer Survey/NPS)
·  Assist in the administration of external and internal websites
·  If necessary, participate in the development of follow-up of digital customer contacts and/or digital campaigns

Ideal candidates are those who join a work-study program at the school of a duration of 2 years .

 

Profile:

·  You are currently preparing a degree in web design, marketing or equivalent experience/knowledge
·  You already have several professional experiences in project management and working in collaboration with transversal teams The practice of
·  professional English is a prerequisite
·  .
·  You have a solid base in communication, both oral and written You master the
·  pack office, in particular Power Point, and you have knowledge of video creation and design
·  You are interested in digital learning and are committed to transmitting your knowledge
·  An engineering background and/or technical profile is a plus .
