Role Summary/Purpose

Process and quality improvement roles. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Develop and lead the Lean Six Sigma strategy for the Global Supply Chain which will drive process capability improvements, eliminate defects and create a positive business impact

·  Leverage Lean methodology to reduce cycle times and eliminate wastes

·  Report project execution and status to Brilliant Factory Leader

·  Communicate teams' progress, status, barriers and results to all levels of the organization as required

·  Facilitate best practice sessions, workout and benchmarking

·  Work with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess Lean & Six Sigma opportunities in GSCM and related functions

·  Educate, coach and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application

·  Deliver DMAIC training sessions to Green Belt population

·  Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean, Six Sigma and FastWorks

Desired profile

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable study field from an accredited university or college

·  Supply chain/Sourcing experience

·  Strong communication/presentation skills

·  Willingness to guide and train Green Belt students

·  High level of energy and self-motivation

·  High level of self-organization

·  Ability to cope with periodic high workload during project execution

·  Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)
