Role Summary/Purpose

In this role you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across regions and other Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO) functions and P&Ls to support Region Service growth strategy.
Essential Responsibilities

You will own the full-spectrum of logistics operations management (Field Service Engineers Orders and Direct Customer Orders transportation, brokerage and Region-Warehousing and return logistics), performance-, process- optimization, program implementation, provider management, data analytics and drive improvements and cost savings initiatives within the region.

When taking on this challenging role you will:

·  Lead continuous improvement of “Ontime-Delivery” (delivery date, request date) within the EMEA Warehousing Framework, own Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO)
·  Region Distribution Center Warehouse Operations

·  Work in close connection with EMEA GSPO Productivity Leader to ensure productivity opportunities will be harvested to the optimum

·  Lead/participate in region-related GSPO Projects, such as Transportation Management

·  Ensure that the regional GSPO operations comply to Quality and Regulatory standards
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Proven experience working in Service-Logistics, international trade compliance, warehousing and distribution, supply chain management, financial analysis and project management, Healthcare and Medical Device industry preferred

·  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, etc. and/or proven operational experience

·  Proven analytical strength, Strong Excel, Access and/or SQL desired

·  Capability to drive performance / metrics /KPIs

·  Proven ability to communicate effectively, motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of organization

·  German and English fluent
