Role Summary/Purpose
The Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production area.
Essential Responsibilities
-Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety
-Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
-Be Responsible for team management of hourly employees
-Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision
-Work together with people from the business unit
-Contacts are under guidance and / or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
-Work within a team setting and / or under guidance
-Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
-Must have 3+ years of leadership experience
