Role Summary/Purpose

Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
Essential Responsibilities

1. Create specific design requirement and test plan, implement the testing and draft test report according to system requirement
2. Implement design for the User Interface (like touch panel, control panel, keyboard, foot pedal) mechanical component and assembly with 3D CAD models;
3. Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for usability, performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability;
4. Working with suppliers for some mechanical design
5. Validating product sub-system reliability performance;
6. Conducting analysis of installed base and new product reliability using FMEA, DFR tools
Qualifications/Requirements

Experience Profile:
1. Candidate must have around 3 to 5 years of experience in related field, especially the design of plastic injection parts or systems.
2. Technical leadership experience is preferred.
3. Experience in mechanical CAD tool, like Pro/E /Creo is a must.
4. Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage
5. Experience in these Industry of user interface (keyboard, pedel, panel) is a plus

Personal Profile:
1. Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering or above
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Demonstrated project leadership and influencing skills
4. High energy
5. Good English skill in writing and speaking
