Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

·  The purpose of the role is to actively participate in the recruitment processes for GE in DACH region.

·  Active participation in the recruitment process (CV screening, phone interviews)

·  Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases Using the social media for finding the best profile

·  Managing pre-screening interview in German and English as well

·  Developing market knowledge on specific areas

·  Assist hiring and onboarding processes

·  Continuous update of internal and external communication

·  Participating, organizing and documenting the recruitment results, activities

·  Provide assistance in organizing appearance at Career Fairs (BME, etc)
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ongoing or just finished studies in HR/Psychology/Sociology/Economics

·  Ability to work min 30-40 hrs/week

·  Fluency in both written and spoken English and German

·  Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

·  Cooperative, proactive and dynamic personality

·  High mobility and flexibility

·  Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
