Role Summary/Purpose

In the role of EHS Field Service Manager, you will utilize experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute EHS objectives for self and your team, and have the ability to impact short-term and long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

As the EHS Field Services Manager, you will:

·  Cultivate an exceptional EHS culture in the wind farm
·  Manage all aspects (technical, regulatory / third party interface, reporting, permitting, compliance, etc.) of LM NAM LM Service projects and permits in compliance with relevant regulatory programs and GE / LM corporate policies. Ensure appropriate EHS management on all wind farm projects
·  Drive constantly EHS standards to lead to a Safe Workable Environment
·  Apply the global / local / customer requirements
·  Be the first point of contact of authorities and customers in case of Accident, Damage, Pollution, etc.
·  Perform regular emergency drill exercises on the wind farm
·  Be a support for the operations teams in writing the Methods Statement and Risk Assessments
·  Be responsible for EHS training for operation team included field technicians
·  Support local operation team with the EHS integration process including implementation GE standards (FW 2.0, Gensiut, incident reporting, etc)
·  Fulfill all legal requirements for EHS representative in the US
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related EHS field (OR alternatively professional qualification / apprenticeship with significant experience in EHS)
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management

·  Demonstrated professional experience and deep domain expertise in Environment, Health & Safety
·  Ability for working at height is mandatory
·  Knowledge and experience with US specific EHS requirements
·  Working knowledge of Wind Turbine
·  Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  Initiative and a global mindset
·  Excellent computer skills for use of digital tools
