Role Summary/Purpose

This role owns the activation & integration of command center analytics at customer sites. He/she
is expected to provide expertise, guidance, and coaching on projects resulting in strategy that
ensure high impact and long-term integration of command center analytics. This person works
across multiple projects simultaneously by leveraging project team members on the ground and
function as a clinical subject matter expert to progress the impact of command center analytics.
Essential Responsibilities

•Lead strategy development and workplan for activation of WOA tiles at client sites.
•Lead development of: Interactions, Procedures & Operating Mechanisms (IPOM) in conjunction
with the project team and client ensuring optimal impact for command centers locally.
•Lead and/or participate on key customer content meetings, guiding optimal development of tiles
and integration of command centers including governance, roles and responsibilities, space
planning and best practice sharing across the customer installed base.
•Create mid-level and executive relationships at accounts that ensure appropriate engagement
from clinical staff for activation of the analytics.
•Work with client leadership and HR to modify existing or create new roles necessary for full
activation of analytics.
•Participate in space design with key team members envisioning staff compliment, environment,
wall of analytics displays, emergency ops center, and any relevant or opportunistic integration of
services.
•Participate in tile development as a clinical subject matter expert and provide perspective that
enables efficient development and minimizes engineering rework.
•Develop patient level scenarios and run table-top exercises and other activities that drive home
adoption and broad understanding of tiles and their activation.
•Traveling between projects effectively self-directing where to best leverage your expertise at key
inflection points across projects.
•Participate in the sales process including presentations RFPs
•Facilitate groups during design and visioning sessions.
•Managing and directing activation Knowledge Management activities on the engagement team.
Qualifications/Requirements

•10+ years clinical experience across multiple departments including roles with system
responsibility.
•Master’s Degree: MHSA, Advance Practice RN or Master prepared RN.
•5+ years of experience in either advisory services/consulting or performance improvement in a
healthcare setting.
•Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to included evaluation of ideas and synthesizing
information into insights.
•4+ years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience.
•3+ years of experience leading and managing projects with outcome focused deliverables.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to travel at least 80%.
Desired Characteristics

•8+ years of experience in either advisory services/consulting.
•Deep awareness and understanding of the Healthcare industry and major trends in the geography
in which client projects are delivered.
•Demonstrated project management expertise or certification.
•Ability to create impactful executive client facing communications and presentations.
•Demonstrated expertise in driving change using Change Management tools.
•Demonstrated experience in LEAN or Six Sigma tools.
•Demonstrated experience in leading teams.
•Demonstrated experience in delivering feedback and coaching successfully.
•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and
writing clearly and convincingly.
•Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
•Dependable: able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance
expectations.
•Adaptable: able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.
•Proven ability to accomplish large volume of high quality work under pressure.
•Proven ability to make decisions with limited information and achieve expected results.
