- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Process Engineer (m/f) for its Europe Divison in Augsburg – Germany.

The main missions of the role are:
Define process and industrial equipment by taking into account product and production constrains, regulation and best practices.
Support programs, plants, and suppliers for product feasibility, manufacturability, M-o-B (Make or Buy), costing, process issues
Manage industrialisation of new machines/tooling until successful deployment in plants per program’ milestones
Support processes development and improvement of tooling and equipment
Specify tooling and equipment and assure validation, reception and start-up of tooling and equipment
The length of the VIE is 24 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Mechanical / engineering or equivalent with ideally 1/2 years of experience
A first experience in automotive industry in mechanical or assembly fields will be appreciated.
Skills in mechanical construction are necessary. Additional knowledge in machining/material/thermal treatment will be appreciated
Ability to structure and capitalize know-how
International mind-set and open to travel (30%-50%) mainly in Europe
Bi-lingual in English. German or other language will be a plus
