Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Engineering division is looking for a VIE Improvement Coordinator m/f for its PC&L department
- R&D Center in Augsburg – Germany.

The main missions of the role are:
Ensure implementation of PC&L methods and tools in plant.
Provide plant with PC&L standards: Material Information Flow Analysis, Milk run, Lay out, line feeding and warehousing optimization, leveling, etc.
Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results.
Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager.
Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions.
Propose, in coordination with the Production System Efficiency coordinator, visual management systems in order to improve reactivity in case of problems.
Identify and implement best practices.
The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
A first experience in the production function within an industrial environment
Knowledge of quality matters
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
International mindset
Good organizational skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
