- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Junior HR Generalist m/f for its European headquarters in Augsburg, Germany.

The role of the VIE Junior HR Generalist is to support the local HR team in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures.
The main missions of the role are:
Assist the local HR team in personnel administration and implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up.
Support in deployment and follow-up of annual processes (performance management, salary review ...).
Be responsible for one or several specific topics, like HR Intranet
Support and improve HR standard processes (Faurecia Excellence System, Internal Control Basics…)
Support performance improvement activities
Act as contact person for employees regarding their questions and topics to ensure efficient payroll and administration processes
The length of the VIE is 18 months

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in HR / Business school
First experience in HR industrial environment
Fluent in English
International mindset
Willing to learn in an automotive environment
