Votre profil  

Formation :  

Vous préparez un Bac professionnel dans l’informatique.  

 

Compétences :  

·  Maîtrise de Windows 11
·  Maîtrise du Pack Office (O365)
·  Maîtrise de Protocol TCP-IP
·  Une connaissance des fonctionnalités Hardware d’un PC, d’une imprimante, du wifi et du Bluetooth serait appréciée

Au-delà des compétences techniques nécessaires pour mener à bien vos missions, vous disposez de bonnes capacités d’analyse, vous êtes rigoureux dans l’administratif (gestion parc, traitement des tickets, etc.) et vous avez le sens du contact avec la clientèle.
