As a Visual Designer (f/m) , you will help define and drive the future of mobile.de and MotorTalk’s experience and design. You are an inventive, resourceful and collaborative designer, who has a passion for creating rich user experiences and a unique attention to beautiful detail.

Job responsibilities:

·  Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitiv user flows
·  Create responsive UIs that engage customers across devices
·  Identify overreaching interaction patterns to ensure a consistent user and brand experience
·  Develop a long term UX vision and break it down into concrete steps for agile development
·  Enjoy and have fun in productive design sprints with your team
·  Explain your ideas, designs and best practices in order to successfully convince and inspire the UX team
·  Collaborate with peers, product owners, developers through the entire product lifecycle
·  Support the UX research, test and refine low & high fidelity prototypes with users

Job requirements:

·  At least 3 – 5 years of experience as an user experience designer, web conceptionist, web designer, interaction designer or similar UX related role
·  An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
·  Experienced in best practices information architecture and interaction design, user centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of UX principles and techniques.
·  Familiarity with UI patterns for web & apps
·  HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, AJAX experience to understand design feasibility would be a nice-to-have.
·  Digital agency background would be a plus.
·  Conceptual skills
·  Experience working in collaborative teams and directly with developers for implementation of designs.
·  Strong proficiency in a variety of design tools like Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
·  High knowledge on typography and interest in digital trends and cutting edge web design
·  Fluent in German is a absolute Must.
