Poste et missions:
- Report to the Vice President IT EMEA, and aligned to the Delphi Communications team
- Develop IT transformation communication plan and drive execution (with support of shared staff) of the IT’s internal and external marketing and communications activities. This includes
o Development of key messaging aligned with Communications and HR teams
o Building on our brand and values imagery
o Initiate appropriate use of external resources
o Leading collaboration with divisional/PBU leadership to plan/execute internal and external communications tied to strategies and priorities
o Work closely with all communications functions to ensure the proper communication channels are used for IT
o Establishing appropriate research/evaluation tools and metrics and priorities and provide feedback on success of effort. Ensure commonality and consistency with corporate and divisional communications
o Special focus on leadership communications plan( Monthly calls, Intranet,Leadership meetings)
o A special focus on building our “presence” in Bucharest
- effective social media campaigns
- Build strong relationships with the Business Units, IT and key functional departments and their global networks and other divisions communications staffs
- Aggregate information from different sources and develop key messages, tailored for different stakeholder groups (internal and external)
- Act as focal point and communication liaison for VP with internal and external sources
- Support the broader team for events like regional
- and global all-employee meetings, regular newsletters, external summits, social media
Profil:
- Bachelor or master degree in communications, marketing, journalism or other similar discipline (R)
- Must have excellent communication skills

- along with the ability to present information effectively to staff and members (R)
- Strong organizational and project management skills; outstanding attention to detail (D)
- Ability to meet deadlines to ensure communication materials and information are delivered in timely manner (R)
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (R)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships and collaborate across a broad array of functional areas (R)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment (R)
- Excellent English language skills (R), strong command of German and/or French is a key asset (D)
- Strong interest to learn about automotive trends and latest available technologies in order to generate excitement elsewhere (D)
- Advanced skills in working with MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and related abilities to visualize content (D)
- Being a team player with a lot of empathy to continuously improve the status quo and come up with new ideas and options
- Able to work independently/virtually
- An aspiring future communications leader who can use this experience to really enhance their CV
