THE ROLE

As our Head of Editions Site Operations, you will: 

·  Manage the full portfolio of Editions sites in compliance with regulatory and industry best practice
·  Procurement and vendor management for all support services required to operate sites
·  Onboarding/Offboarding Editions partners to sites
·  Manage final handover and launch stages of Editions sites
·  Full Editions assets inventory management
·  Administrative support for Site Ops team
·  Manage site operations team through Qa and Qc measures to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best-practice standards

You may have worked as a manager in a cool restaurant or have set up and organised events or food festivals on the operations side. Ideally you will have multi-site experience in a fast-paced environment and have implemented and set up procedures.

This position will report to our Head of Editions. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

·  2+ years in FMCG operations, hospitality or similar
·  Strong team and partner communication with exceptional attention to detail
·  Not afraid to muck in and get your hands dirty
·  Good with numbers - comfortable with data to inform your decisions
·  Strong track-record of hitting targets and exceeding business expectations
·  Understanding of basic budgets
·  Comfortable with shift work; inc evenings and weekends
