Nous souhaitons accueillir un VIE (Volontaire International en Entreprise) pour une mission de 18 mois au sein du centre de complétion Falcon de Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) sur le site de Little Rock dans l'Arkansas (États-Unis).
Cet établissement de la filiale américaine de Dassault Aviation, rassemble 1800 personnes qui conçoivent et réalisent les aménagements clients des avions d'affaires Falcon.
Our Learning and Development department is dedicated to supporting the Dassault Falcon Jet Little Rock Completion Center's employees.
We provide opportunities for learning activities designed to increase organizational knowledge and skills in order to change behaviors that will improve performance to meet the facility's goals and objectives. We are ready, willing and able to assist you while maintaining the flexibility to work around the production schedule.

Our department currently consists of 8 people: 1 manager, 3 instructional designers, 1 technical instructor, 1 aircraft maintenance instructor, 1 L&D coordinator and 1 engineering instructor.
Our current deficiency is providing the facility with new and evolving processes associated with the implementation of 3DExperience. Our BTI (Business Transition & Integration) has many individuals developing 3DX tools and methodology for both engineering and production process.
The VIE will help with providing 3DX Training for production and development of new courses to support the ramp of the F6X/10X. The VIE will also help with the communications between the Little Rock Learning and Development department and the Dassault Aviation help desk.
Profil recherché
Votre profil
You have an engineering background and preferably some 3DX experience, who can communicate well with the BTI-assigned, 3DX functional specialists to develop hands-on, instructor-led classes and possibly elearning as well.
Though the job would be associated with engineering there would also be training developed for production personnel when necessary. The job requires someone familiar with engineering knowledge but there will be no actual engineering activities (released designs) associated with this job.
The VIE will also be working with BTI for problem solving related to 3DX.
Education in mechanical engineering,
You're fluent in english,
3D modeling (Catia, Solidworks...)
Presentation skills are an advantage.

Pour être éligible au VIE, vous devez :
Etre âgé(e) de moins de 28 ans au moment du départ pour le VIE.
Pour un VIE de 18 mois : vous êtes diplômé ET vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum 52 semaines à plein temps en entreprise (stages , alternance, prestation, intérim) en rapport avec la mission VIE.
Votre niveau d'anglais doit être suffisamment courant pour effectuer le VIE aux USA (TOIEC minimum 850 points). Un test d'anglais sera effectué.
