About the job

The job scope would include zone organisation and CBUs in zone organisation for 4 functions: Operations, C&P, QFS and R&O.

 

Major Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain organisational performance management process in the Zone
- Ensure Zone governance for organizational performance management and feed global organisational performance governance (aka Global Ops OVH committee)
- Regular review of Magnitude / OrgVue gaps when it comes to headcount data (FTEs) and 
 a) be accountable for closing and/or explaining the gaps for CBUs in Zone 
 b) work closely with global teams to understand Zone organizational performance
- Co-build target restatement proposal with Zone Function Head, based on top-down zone vision and bottom up CBU requests
- Co-develop with Zone Function Head and Finance Risks & Opps view and action plans aimed at closing the gap; support CBUs in the Zone in the exercise; consolidate R&O and Action Plans on headcount impact part.
- Work closely with CBUs in ensuring delivery of Action plans as well as being accountable for the Zone Action Plan delivery 
- Lead macro orga review Vs blueprint at Zone level and for CBUs in the Zone.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need…

- Proficiency with Key HR Systems (OrgVue, sHaRe, dashboards etc)
- Advanced Excel Knowledge (Power BI is a plus)- Business Partnering
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to drive both performance conversations and action plans
- Community engagement (Remote and outside of hierarchical field)
