Are you looking for a great opportunity in Human Resources? Do you want to start your career in a multinational company and gain project and learning experience, while discovering the role of an HR Generalist? Your key mission will be containing of 2 parts:

·  Leading the creation of a learning academy (through online content, e-learnings and content trainings) for the Global Medical & Nutritional Science pillar within R&I.
·  Support our HR Business Partners within the HR Utrecht team through various HR projects (for example our Beehive change program) and HR cycle (for example Talent Review process), data analysis with our HR dashboard and much more.

So, what will you do in practice?

·  Lead the creation of the learning academy for MNS from concept to realization
·  Understanding the business need through discussion with business stakeholders
·  Conceptualizing the structure and approach (from online content articles/documentation, to masterclasses, to e-learning modules)
·  Content creation with various experts across the globe
·  Realization of the MNS Academy and driving promotion/engagement internally
·  Support our HR Business Partners:
·  Support & Learn different parts of the HR Cycle (development conversation, ASR, STI etc.)
·  Support on upcoming projects/ad hoc activities with different members of the HR team
·  Co-lead the management of the R&I intern community around engagement (together with centralized Campus team)
·  Support on R&I onboarding project

This internship is based in our beautiful Research & Innovation center in Utrecht, Netherlands . Furthermore, you will be supervised and guided byJoel Bacas (HR Business Partner MNS), but with close support from the HR Coordinator and other HR Business Partners in the team.

About you

Ideally you are a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, but most important is a high passion in People/HR . Previous internship experience will be seen as a plus. Furthermore I expect you to be curious and not afraid to challenge , I want us to learn from each other!

Key criteria to be eligible for this internship:

·  You are enrolled at a university for the whole duration of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen you must be enrolled in a Dutch university to be eligible for this internship)
·  You are fluent in English—both verbal and written
·  You are available to start from August/September 2024 for a minimum of 5 months, 4-5 days a week
·  You are willing to travel or relocate to Utrecht, The Netherlands

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
