The Hr Graduate placement is for 12 months based at our manufacturing site in Wavertree, Liverpool.

We are looking for a graduate who is goal orientated, has excellent communication skills and not afraid to get stuck in! If you have a passion for people and a creative streak, this could be the placement for you!

The placement will cover various HR administration tasks and project work which will bring lots of diversity, exposure and experience to this placement.

As part of this placement you will work alongside the HR advisor and HR business partners working on collating and sorting sensitive HR data, analysing absence trends and reporting back to the Senior Leadership Team. You will be working alongside Line Managers in the business supporting them to manage absenteeism effectively. You will also have the opportunity to look at a continuous improvement project to review and identify opportunities in the current process.

 

This would be a linked to a research project on reviewing external HR platforms that support the business needs and requirements.You will also need to be able to assess what potential partners can provide for us and identify where there is a good fit.

So where does the creativity come in?

 

Well-being is high on the agenda at Nutricia. A further project would be to support the Well-Being and engagement initiatives on site, lead where appropriate on topics and research ideas and create content which links to our well-being strategy. Being confident to RELAY your ideas back to the team is a must, therefore clear and concise communication and thinking creatively is key.

This role will give you a thorough understanding of HR roles in a Manufacturing environment and the opportunity to own and deliver HR related projects.

The salary for this position is £23,400 per annum + bonus.
