Tasks

The CKD (completely knocked down) production networks bundles all international Mercedes-Benz plants with low to medium-sized production output. Reporting directly to the head of the CKD production network, our department is responsible for management consultancy with regard to international investment decisions, cost analysis and optimization, periodic planning, target derivation and the development of KPIs to enhance the cost efficiency of the overall CKD network.

Your Tasks include:
- Strong engagement in operative work such as assistance to supervisor with project requests, ad-hoc reporting or coordination with other departments
- Support of monthly and quarterly reporting activities
- Support of business case calculations for international projects
- Preparation of periodic financial reporting to headquarter functions and top Management

Qualifications

Field of study: (Bachelor or Master) in business/economics; other quantitative fields also highly welcomed
Language skills: Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
IT skills: Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Soft skills: Independent working style; Ability to analyze complex topics and derive practical solutions
Other: First experience in financial functions (e.g. controlling, accounting, treasury) is a plus
